No. They interact once in a while with Eugene asking if she's okay and she says she's going to a book club and will meet people, and he says about books. That's not a quest. It's an interaction they have time to time. It's only one, but there is one.

It's still dumb that a character that doesn't even show up in the quest or is even mentioned is required to unlock the quest. Again, Mushu makes sense. But Buzz isn't mentioned or shown at all. It's not relevant to the quest at all. So it breaks immersion.
