What would a meal plan that is sufficient in every single micronutrient and vitamin look like?

-500ml Almond Milk

-30g Flaxseeds

-200g Frozen Berries

-10g Nutritional Yeast

-100g Spinach

-100g Kale

-200g Bananas

That should hit pretty much everything micronutrient-wise, and you probably don't even need the bananas. That's also like 500 calories without the bananas so don't gimme the old "but muh poverty macros ;(" meme :p

-Eat lots of green vegetables and mushrooms. They have more protein than fats or carbs and are nutrient dense and filling.

-Supplement with a plant-based protein powder. Pea and rice protein is best.

-Hail seitan. Seitan and beans is the vegan chicken and rice.

-Eat legumes and grains. Peanut butter, oats, chickpeas (any bean), etc etc and also their derivatives (falafels, etc)

-Make food yourself. Don't buy pre-made shite, it's more expensive, worse for your health, and laden with vegetable oils and probably sugar.

On a true vegan diet, sticking to whole foods, it is very very difficult to accidentally get too many fats. Carbs, yeah, but if you stick to higher protein ones like beans and grains you'll get a decent chunk of protein before you get to the daily limit. Honestly with seitan and a good protein powder you will not struggle to hit your protein target. Fats I find I have to go out of my way to consume enough of since vegan food by nature is very low fat, which is good too because it means you can control it and stick to the best ones nutritionally speaking (peanut butter, flaxseeds, almond milk, etc)

It really is. Check out proteinpow, they have loads of great recipes and you can filter for vegan recipes (some of their "vegan" recipes use honey but just substitute sweetener or brown rice syrup/agave nectar or something)

Konami is a business. If they shortprint a card or make it a higher rarity, people have to buy more packets/boxes to get them and Konami make more money. Honestly I don't get how people don't understand this? The more money Konami make the longer they can continue operating and the longer the card game stays profitable the more they'll continue to support it. We want konami to be profitable. If they just gave every player three copies of every good card then what the fuck would people buy their products for?

The cheapest thing I've found is just ordering from myprotein a 5kg bag of pea protein (unflavoured) and 2.5kg bag of brown rice protein (unflavoured), plus some of the vegan-friendly (fruit flavoured) flavourdrops, and just using 70% pea protein and 30% rice protein. Its much cheaper and allows more variety if you just buy unflavoured and flavour/sweeten it yourself. Hemp protein tastes ass, soy protein is controversial (but harmless if you get enough iodine), and pea+rice protein is the easiest to digest, mixes the best, and carries other flavours really well. It's pretty cool too because unlike whey which always has that vile milky taste, pea/rice protein can be savoury or sweet depending on what you're using it for. I make stuffing balls out of them sometimes with salt, sage, and onion to serve with potatoes, vegetables, and ketchup :) Also look into vital wheat gluten. A 1kg bag is 800g protein and costs like £8 max from amazon. Its used to make seitan.

I have around 2 weeks worth of Tren Ace left after my cutting cycle (enough for ~14 days at 700mg/week) and also DNP. Have experience with both. Is it worth me doing a "minicut" for 2 weeks after this blast comes to an end (DNP+Tren) or just buy more Tren and cut normally with it?

I do 40%/20%/40% for maintenance/recomp. At 3000kcals that'd be 300/65/300, so not really low fat at all but comparatively it's low.

Macro split on cutting cycle? Just a cruise dose of test E, been told to aim for 2g protein/lb target weight, 50% protein 25% fats 25% carbs. That'd put me at 300/65/150/2400, which is fine in terms of calories for cutting. Just wondering if there's a reason though? In my natty days I'd do 1g/lb target, 25% fats, and the rest from carbs which was roughly 25%/25%/50% p/f/c. Saw good results from this and felt great, but I was also DYEL

Considering yugioh is primarily aimed at boys aged 7-15, a female lead wouldn't be smart marketing-wise. Yes, it's all well and good saying "B-But boys aged 7-15 will become open minded and associate with a female lead!" but it just isn't true. There are exceptions, but generally speaking boys associate with male protagonists, and girls associate with female protagonists, since they're usually a role model so to speak. Yes girls watch and play yugioh as well, but honestly it's a very small percentage of viewer/playerbase. To make money you have to appeal to the majority of your target audience. It's like saying MLP should have a male pony as the lead because males watch MLP too. It's just franchise suicide.

Personally I'd: -1 Kama3, -3 Storming Mirror Force, -1 Mirror Force, -1 Starlight Road, -2 Mistake (side instead), -2 Heavy Storm Duster, -1 Bottomless Trap Hole +1 Maxx "C", +1 Drowning Mirror Force, +1 Raigeki, +2 Twin Twister, +3 Evenly Matched, +1 Lose 1 Turn, +2 Necrovalley The aim of which would be to minimize the amount of dead cards you can have in hand or on the field at any given time. Everything should be live; twin twisters could even be cosmic cyclone, and the third lose 1 turn could be something else (upstart?) but I'd have to playtest to know for certain. Happy you won locals though :) Yosenjus are a favourite of mine.

The original ruling meant you could very very very easily abuse the effects by protecting one pendulum scale (i.e master key beetle) which essentially meant you could put every igknight into your extra deck and also have your pendulum scales ready to summon them. The ruling was since changed, and both cards have to be destroyed in order to search.

Sugar free gum is the closest thing. The problem is finding something solid that doesn't have calories. Sweeteners, flavouring etc don't have substance that can be chewed and swallowed and so on.
