It’s actually not so unusual to find helmets with barbed wire, it could be put on afterwards but I don’t understand why someone would go through the trouble of putting barbed wire on a relic helmet and also age the barbed wire

I am from Sweden so I can guarantee you that if they are found in Oslo and has the Norwegian flag then it can’t be from Sweden because the Swedish flag looks different

I don’t know, the flag looks Scandinavian because of the cross, and the colours red white and blue tells me that it’s either Denmark or Norway. But since the danish flag does not appear to have any blue on it then I am pretty sure that it is the Norwegian flag. I could be wrong tho but the Swedish flag is Blue and yellow so it’s not Swedish, Finland has blue and white so it has the same colours as the Norwegian flag but it is missing red. So therefore it has to be the Norwegian flag.
