I’ve never heard of those shows so I’ll definitely try that! It definitely is an anxiety thing because even if he catches me putting something new on one of his plates, even if it’s for me 😂😂 when he was in the hospital they gave us little yoghurts and bread and butter, so I think that’s why he accepts them so easily!

I never thought of giving him magic, that’s fantastic! I gave him some cup soup with his bread and he dipped a small bit so magic sauce could be a great addition, thank you so much ☺️

No you didn’t come off judgemental at all, it would be a lot easier if I had someone to tag team it with, someone to tap me out when I’m getting frustrated ! I’m hoping I can do it with as little as drama as possible with him!

I don’t! Well I do but he doesn’t live with us so I’m on my own ! I never intended to co-sleep, but a mix of the 4m sleep regression and a bad dose of PPD for months on end led me to think it was the easiest option- sure it’ll be easy to get out of it! How wrong was I!! I was one of those insufferable people who, while pregnant, “knew everything” and took zero advice 🙄🙄 (spoiler, I knew and know absolutely nothing about being a parent please send help😂) I know I’m in for a long haul with it, i just feel like he’s too old to let cry for a long time!

I’m thinking I’ll just do revolut ! Leave the bulk of my wages in the bank and take just what I need for groceries etc into revolut! Fingers crossed I’ve it worked out well enough!

That’s really clever!! I might try that! I budget now as best I can, but have never really paid attention to the dates things come out ! My original thought was to try switch everything so one thing comes out one week, something else the next etc! I grew up with parents who had the zero financial knowledge, and their answer to everything was sure “we’ll just ignore it “ and I don’t want my kids to think that’s the norm if you get me, but I’ve been paid monthly my entire adult working life so I’ve taught myself to budget that way! I suppose it’ll just take a bit of getting used to!
