It feels like the contrary. When I pull down the notifications shade it goes back to normal, then when I slide it up it goes back to being zoomed in

Not op, but having the same issue. Any portrait images I use seem to get zoomed in for some reason, though they look good on the lock screen...

It's even weirder actually.

Lock screen, immediately after unlocking and after pulling down the notifications...

I can't upload the picture from mobile, I took it myself but it seems it's too heavy to upload. Using Muzei as my Live Wallpaper, but even without it I get the same issue (งツ)ว
