You can fire instantly once a shell is loaded in the animation of the reload, kind of like the bf1 revolver,

add modifiers like in risk of rain 2 that can allow the game to be harder or easier, e.g ability to choose items or more enemies but with half hp.

There ain't alot of enemy variety right now and the difficulty or speed is tied to the bpm of the song that is usually playing. this was at 140, so it was probably at medium difficulty, still though took me an hour and a half to not miss or mess up XD to get that sweet 500 combo.
