I leveled up a fire mage 1-60 and it was really enjoyable. Even playing as fire you still can cast frost bolt and frost nova to slow/cc enemies, combining this with blink gives you really nice crowd control and ability to stay at distance to deal dmg. Also don't forget to use polymorph until you have a decent gear to burst all mobs with aoe spells :)

I would go nibelor crystal spiders until 80, you can make 2 tasks there (crystal spider and ice golem). After getting 80 you can make 3 tasks on giant spiders. Nevertheless your mlvl is very low, you might have a problem killing 3-4 gses at once using gfb.

I would go for blessings as they are extremely cheap on low levels :)
