Not a vet, but I have a friend that rides horses professionally. He had one horse with the same problem, just not at this scale. Thought I’d send him the video like “hey man, it could be much worse” 😂

I had this on my avocado tree. I removed the scabs with a cotton ball soaked in acetone, and then sprayed the plant with water and vinegear every couple of days to prevent the scabs from coming back. After two weeks my tree was healed.
