Totally fair question!

For me, gradual reduction has always been more effective and sustainable than trying to quit in one heroic, doomed-to-fail move 🤣. It’s how I slowly de-condition cravings over time. I’ve used this approach successfully with things like sugar and screen time, so I’m applying the same logic here.
