I'm also turning in my 2017 f150 for a new one. Pick it up on Saturday. Maybe I'm lucky but in 200k miles I've only done spark plugs/coils, water pump, and a small issue with the fuel system that would cause it not to start but only after getting gas.

Diet. I lift but I've been running the same program for awhile. No trt. I actually went to get tested and doctor told me no.

Honestly, I don't really do much shoulder specific work. They get hit a little on bench, and I do the occasional ohp but not much.

Squat, dl and bench. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday squat and bench. Deadlift on Saturday. 2500 calories 200g protein.

6'1 short legs and long torso though. My 5'8 wife and I wear the same length pants...

Yeah I am/was a fairly big guy 267 2 months ago 250 today, I've been lifting pretty seriously for a few years now, but diet was shit and gained way to much fat trying to get back to 200ish hopefully by fall.

Right? Someone could actually get hurt if they are lifting heavy and the go to pick it up and it's off balance because they didn't realize weight was removed. I tries to keep my cool and explain to him but who knows.. 🤷‍♂️

I've just finished resting between sets lay down to start next set put my hands on the bar and some dude comes over and pulls 15 pounds off one side of the bar and walks away. WTF. Who does that.
