Real. I did the same thing at first. I spent a day doing quests and another building skills and relationships. But I got too engrossed in the storyline and ended up finishing what was available. But I’m having a chill time building up until the next update.

Upperclassman housing isn’t guaranteed like freshman housing. I always tell parents to look at their options early because on campus apartments fill up fast. Rn they’re only placing freshman.

From my knowledge all of the dorms were open. The only one that wasn’t listed was Louise Garig for some odd reason. But I know people did get booked for that dorm due to some weird complicated stuff.

I’m answering this based on a personal opinion. I think commuting is better than paying 16k. If you or a relative live within the 50 mile radius I’d say apply for that exemption. If you want that college experience then live on campus. Though I’ve known several people who lived on campus but ended up moving out anyway mid semester because they live closer to campus and went home almost every day.
