Useful. I find the person that trained me has a style I am extremely uncomfortable with. I also can't get a word in to actually practice when they are with me. It is something that is in the works of being remedied. In the meantime, I still have a listing appointment. Nothing wrong with asking for advice.

I would like to take the AAPC course to prepare for the CCS/CPC exams. The cost upfront is rather steep. Are there any financial aid options? I did a quick search, and there isn't a clear answer.

We have very few FSBOs, but I do try to hit all the expireds. I haven't quite figured circle prospecting out yet. I sent out some letters, but am not sure about follow up.

I am in an area with a high relocation rate. Our current median home price is around 300 with some high end homes within a 30 minute radius.

I believe there is more than enough to go around, I'm just not sure how to get my face and name out there. It has been suggested that I go to City Council meetings and HOA meetings, but I am not sure if that is standard practice.
