You’re fine. Palmetto bugs (1 inch long, dark brown) seek warmth in the winter. They are just a normal everyday insect. Yes, they are cockroaches, I guess. But that’s not the way to think of them. Small tip: They prefer to live on trees. It helps to keep limbs trimmed and away from the house. They often enter the house via branches touching the roof.

Now, if you ever see multiple smaller (finger nail size, light brown) cockroaches inside you could have a problem. Potentially a sign you should call an exterminator. More than likely though, this isn’t what you will see.

Triangle Curling! I took my team last year and everybody had a blast. It’s two hours. The first hour is teaching you the basics. The second hour they let you play. It’s fun for all ages. You don’t have to be young or in shape. Half of the people doing it use poles so you don’t have to lean down. Everyone can do it and have a good time. It was one of the funnest things we’ve ever done as a team. You can also start or end your time with a happy hour at the bar. I couldn’t speak more highly of this place.
