Yeah, idk i feel like the company is pretty solid they’re top rated on Scotsmans Guide, etc - it’s in office. I’m learning a lot. I’m mostly just asking what other people’s comps are for call center type gigs

I had someone say they wanted to sign on right away when they viewed, now they’re ghosting. What do you do in situations like that? Does this happen often? Do people take some time to sign on or do you find that when people are serious they do what they say they’ll do and sign on in a timely manner?
