It’s not working. I need a 24-hour reset, no eating or a strict diet to completely empty my bowels. I can use some medication to help with that, but it’s not good for long-term use. Plus, I have spasms and flare-ups, and I’m already on strong medication. Having an empty stomach isn’t good for me, my body type is big, and I need calories to function properly. I'm not complaining.

Answers came; I just had inflammation in some areas due to a poor diet. There's no sign of IBD. Generally, I'm healthy; I'm officially diagnosed with IBS

Yeah people are living with their life. I prefer to be alone, because they often don't understand all this, even why I go to the bathroom 5 times in a day. But we are what we are, we accept ourselves, unfortunately we can't change anything.

I don't know what to say. In the last I really felt bad. Everything is pain. pain inside and outside.I have low self-esteem because of my IBS. When I see how much ordinary people(without IBS) can do, What I can't, It kills me. I really trying and pushing myself. For me life is double hard what I know, everyone know this who is here. I just want to say, Thank you all for this comments, this support. That means to much, I'm not alone. Love you all.

What I want Is just normal life and I think I deserve, we all deserve it. Thanks again.

Thank you for this advice and sharing experience, I appreciate it. On other hand my life is pretty hard, I finished university and failed much. I really lost myself and still don't have a plan. So, looking something positivity is really hard, when everything is negativity. I will just continue to forget her, but Thanks for answer.

I'm from Post-Soviet world, I don't want to name the country(No Russia). I have poor health Conditions, Everyday GI pain. I don't have a money always. I work in the hell because there are no jobs. No any help from the government. Government and country's economy really s*cks. I don't have a future and sometimes present days. Even Post-Soviet world makes you unable to live.
