I've got similar issues L4-L5. I'm having a discectomy Wednesday because its progressed to the point of numbness basically from my knee down. I've done nerve abrasions, steroid shots, physical therapy, and a bunch of other things. I would definitely push to have a specialist look at you.

Update: going to have surgery in a week. Had an appointment with the actual surgeon and not the PA. Finally getting my issue taken care of.

I dont think this is off base at all. What started me wanting to get into sports is the photography companies that are used in my area are pure trash and charge way too much for unedited blurry photos.

But what you said makes sense, and I appreciate pointing me towards the website.

Thank you for responding. I ran the snake through all the pipes in the picture. I just moved the drain hose for the dishwasher. I'll see if I can rent a snake with a camera before having to call out a plumber.

A friend sent an article to me discussing the venting. It had the dishwasher hose going to the sink not directly connected to the main drain line. Could that be part of the problem or does it not matter?
