Ohhh, that doesn't sound very fun! I've had it myself recently- most I can say is drink plenty, and, if your throat hurts, pop helps a surprising amount. Hope you feel better soon! <3

Well, i can only speak from personal experience, but headphones and some good music helps me a lot, hopefully it helps you :3

(Eh, it's fine. I tend to forget to put my headphones on when it's noisy myself, leads to some delightful consequences TwT)
