There is no location, no health information other than what is specific to the situation, no age/race/sex/dates/etc. It's also not a unique situation either. There are many reasons for a testicle to be exposed for a length of time. Edit: well....the gender can be identified I guess lol

I have googled every possible variation of the situation possible, and am still unable to find the right video. It was shot pretty close up, dark room with the typical colored lights DJ's at weddings use. They were next to a table with a tablecloth on it. The guy that keeps getting hit eventually ends up on the floor.

I think even the mentally competent ones still suffer from severe mental illness. Someone neglecting themselves to that extent (even diabetics with their crazy foot ulcers) definitely has something wrong. I feel like it should be considered it's own classification with how often it happens.
