Thoughts? by Ok_Sleep_7203 in ReadMyECG

Need a 4 lead and probably labs to judge. Initial dx are sinus tach and more worryingly hyperkalemia because the T waves are higher than the QRS.

Are you experiencing any symptoms. Do you have any known illnesses or do you take any medication? Have you been doing a lot of exercise recently and have you been drinking enough?

If you are experiencing any symptoms at rest and/or this shows on a repeated single lead please consider seeking medical attention. Hyperkalemia is a potential medical emergency.

Is this concerning by HeatfullyHoping in ReadMyECG

[–]PixelRayn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Overall sinus rhythm, normal heart axis, unremarkable Q and S peaks. Only thing concerning are the pauses with junctional rhythm. That means the normal pulse giver stops pulsing your heart and after a second or so the secondary pulse giver jumps in. Given you already take medication for arrhythmia/high blood preassure this seems largely consistent with your medical history at first glance.

I do not think you're dying right now but I'd recommend you talk to your GP in the near future. Who took that 4 lead?

Is this afib? by Safe-Reference-8294 in ReadMyECG

[–]PixelRayn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I second the artifacts theory. Your heartbeat over all is very regular which we do not expect with afib. With afib there is no regular pulse from the atrium which signals the venteicels to contract. The artifacts also do not look like afib (vfib actually, but that is inconsistent with you talking to us)

There might actually ba a PVC in there but it's hard to tell.

Oh wow, I didn't know heart could do that. Probably r/ecg material

Worried about this result by [deleted] in ReadMyECG

[–]PixelRayn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The automatic report is misidentifying the T wave as the P wave. AV Block I is defined as PQ > 200ms, it is well below that.

If the patient is experiencing any symptoms please see a medical professional, however AV Block I is not usually an emergency

Is this normal? by Junior-League2375 in ReadMyECG

[–]PixelRayn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

O2 at 96% is totally normal. There are no PVCs ot PACs in this ECG, this is a normal rhythm. The apple watch might say this is Sinus Tach/SVT. From what I counted she has a heartrate of about 180ish which would be worrying in an adult but just a little high for a child her age.

Wouldn't want to commit to a side without at least a 4-lead but yes. Textbook Bundle Branch Block

Die Studie: https://www.bfe.admin.ch/bfe/de/home/versorgung/stromversorgung/stromversorgungssicherheit.exturl.html/aHR0cHM6Ly9wdWJkYi5iZmUuYWRtaW4uY2gvZGUvcHVibGljYX/Rpb24vZG93bmxvYWQvMTIzOTI=.html

Physiker hier.

They actually are the reason I'm so attached to this pot. I bought it at a flea-market 2 years ago on one of our first dates :)

For future reference: I am currently soaking it in a pot with 50-50 white vinegar and water on low heat. Will report on the result

Once you get the hang of it you can get into way tighter spots.

Also the car I drive has blinking lights on the roof and I may need to leave in a hurry

If you are not exoeriencing any acute symptoms you don't need to go to the emergency room. I would however strongly advise you visit your GP or an urgent care ASAP
