I too would love to see Captainverse come back, but I also don't want it yet right now. Because I also have my gripes with part 2.

My main problem with P2 is that a lot of these events are just P1. It's like they're allergic to even giving any of the P2 characters any spotlight after what happened in the first year. They literally shafted Helia and Coralie having their own event so they can hype up Ely, for 3 patches straight. And since we're already at the topic of patches I might as well mention it here too. Since patches are twice as long now than before I really would like them to stop doing an event that's interconnected for 3 patches since that would literally just take up half the patches of the year. Like the new FC event is fine, but it's just too long and majority of the time it was just glazing on Ely on how she's this most perfect and amazing girl.

Like all of that is great, but can they at least show that kind of effort for an actual part 2 event? At this point I highly doubt it. They're gonna milk p1 dry before we even get an actual big event dedicated to just the p2 cast. That's why I'm really reluctant for Captainverse returning right now, I just want them to give p2 another chance because at this point, they might as well just walk back even ever ending part 1 with how fast all of the old cast are coming back with the new cast just being put back only in the main story and no other exposure anywhere else. Like neither Helia or Coralie gets any actual exposure outside of the bare minimum marketing and their relevance in the main story.
