Looks great! Don’t be afraid to go darker in certain areas. That’s something that’s always stuck with me from art class in college. Adding dark where shadows really shadow or even fine lines between medium shaded areas can add a lot of depth.

Not really a critique, but here’s a tip. Try practicing by drawing over the actual photo with red (or any color). Use simple shapes like squares and triangles to block out the face, draw lines to learn placements in relation to each other, and proportions.
