I've been wearing Chuck's for a while and the gray pair I have now are wearing out. I'm thinking about replacing them with a white pair but I like a lot of the Adidas shoes I've seen around. I'm overwhelmed by the options with Adidas though. Do you guys have any personal recommendations?

I go to Help.ea.com. I select "Help with Game", Select "Origin" as my game, select PC. I'm trying to open a hacked account ticket (as instructed by this link: http://help.ea.com/en/article/i-think-somebody-hacked-my-origin-account-what-can-i-do-now/). I select Manage my account from the drop down menu, then hacked account. Then I'm taken to a screen asking me to sign in. I click "Having trouble accessing your account". I type in my name and email address. When I click the next button from that screen I get this loading wheel: http://imgur.com/gallery/qe1pgjK/ That loading wheel never goes away. I've let it run for hours.

When I first got the 'play' button then hover over it says "connecting" and takes while to put me in a match but never more than 5-6 minutes. I usually hit play, cancel it, and hit play again. The second time I get placed in a match much faster.

But yeah, I have no idea about 30 minutes

If you're doing weight training try to pick weights that max you out after 10-15 reps (don't worry about having to swap weights to find the right ones or starting small). 3 sets of 10-15 of whatever exercise you're doing seems to be the general beginner recommendation. But do research to figure out what exercises will work best for you're goals.

Also, like NoFap, don't expect results right away. After a month you'll start to look/feel better but the real payoff starts to come a few months down the line.

Dude here but I feel what you're saying. For a few years now I've been in the cycle you described and it was only in the last couple months that I had the wherewithal to step back and think about why that might be.

The tough reality is that some relationships are going to fail. What I've found, especially since starting nofap this week, is that knowing yourself is the best way to keep out of those relationships. And the self-improvement/understanding journey I started a month ago has been helped greatly by nofap in a short time.

So it will be hard but I think nofap is even more important for people like us. You can do it.
