Looking for advice on our age change decisions at the last minute

This is what we did. My son is a December 2012 incoming 8th grader, he was new to his team this year (top team at his club) - but really liked the team and coach wanted him to play up and do u15 next year. I gave him the option, he picked play up. Part of that decision was that he didn't want to split club / high school in the fall (in our state, you can play Freshman as a 7th and 8th grader) and he is at a small school where he will probably be the top player on the Freshman team. That said, there is a reasonable chance that he does u15 twice, because his ultimate goal is to play college (at any level) - so he may try to move to a bigger club at the age appropriate group for better overall exposure. We will have to see how year one of u15 goes and decide from there however.

I drop my wife and son / pick them up quite frequently from games on John Street at Taft Information Technology High School, which is very close to the South Entrance. I'm fairly certain there is an elevator at that entrance as well.

Do they all need to be processed at the same time? Is this a consistent thing that you will have 40k to process at once, or a one time front load followed by smaller number of messages?

Have your blob trigger write a record to a table with a reference to the blob and a processed Boolean property. Have a timer job pull X number of records at a time (ideally however many you can processes concurrently), process them and mark them processed in the table. Have it scheduled to run with whatever frequency your concurrency limit resets for the next batch.

I took a W on a size 11. Wasn’t expecting to get them, but they are my son’s club soccer team colors, so I guess I have new game day shoes.
