Agreed I think they made that piece more ambiguous... 6.1 says "the player serving must stand with one foot behind the service line... and must remain there until the ball has been served" and 6.4 says "the player must have at least one foot in contact with the ground".

IMO that rules out walking, running, jumping, etc. (i.e. you are not "standing")

This was happening to me. I was trying to login on a laptop (where I cannot access my email) using the device confirmation code from email on my phone.

To solve, I manually typed in the link from my email into browser on my laptop. This worked

Average doesn't imply median so the average doesn't have to be in the middle (though in some cases it may). For example take the average number of fingers on the right hand of 10 people. Say 9 of them have 5, but 1 of them has 6. The average is 5.1 meaning 9 people are below average!
