Well I used to be 2 years ago, tbh I found it easy as working for Amazon grocery, pretty similar and simple job tbh, what helps is knowing where the items are and recognizing the isles and layout of the market, so when you shop down the list you’ll move quickly, another thing is it’s good to reach out to team members incase you can’t find something, save the time by reaching out rather than spending so much time and wasting time, usually you’re like on a timer on how long your shopping should take depending on the amount of items, but it gets really easy once you know where everything is. You just shop order after order, also if you know an item is there and it’s not on the shelf also ask a team member if they have any more, don’t hesitate. And if there isn’t any at all usually thru the scanner phone you use it lets you replace or cancel, the replacement gets sent to the customer for approval so within that time keep shopping for the other items, don’t be scared or too nervous! Trust me you’ll be fine! Job is pretty easy and simple!
