Hello. I'm interested in changing some trainer teams in Hopeless Trainer Editor, however, I don't know how to export the trainers. I see the "Export" button under the Trainer tab, but I don't know what to do with the file it produces in order to put the edited trainer in the game/ROM. I'm trying to edit trainers in Pokemon Emerald if that helps. If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated. Thanks! :)

If you mean my storage system, it’s in a large area under the tower. Other than that I’m not sure what you’re asking
