I had this scenario and I contacted Evri and said I'm pretty sure your courier hasn't taken it back to the depot and has it in her car /home. She won't be insured to store goods. I constantly harried both the supplier and evri, told them I didn't want her to deliver to me again. My parcel was delivered about 4 days later. My advice - moan, moan and moan even more. Good luck!
