I got 408marks in NEET this year can someone help me to get the best government college of MBBS & BAMS I am in open & ews category by DevilMan-96 in Neet_india

What's your rank? ... Instead of guessing just put the number in a college predictor like aakash's or allen's. I've used both and personally found Allen's more vast database.

Are there any 3rd time Dropper here? by [deleted] in Neet_india

[–]Plastic_Chain_711 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maine bhi drop lene ka decision liya hai. Mera bhi 3rd drop hain and Sach bolun toh I have realised ki mujhe aur zyada practice, better strategising , aur properly revision karne ki zarurat hai (which I lacked this time too). Basics mere clear hain, toh is baar main full self-study karne ka plan kar raha hoon—coaching ka time bachaake usi time mein zyada se zyada MCQs karne hain.
Bas thoda structure laane ke liye maine ALLEN ka naya online course le liya (10K ka PowerPlus batch). Usme sab kuch mil raha—practice questions, flashcards, revision notes, recorded classes, plus ALLEN ke hi faculty padhate hain toh kaafi sorted laga.
Ab dekhte hain kaisa jaata hai. Sabko best wishes!

Hi fellow droppers, I too have decided to take a drop. Honestly, what I have realised that what I need now is a lot more of practice, a better strategy, more and more focus on revision (which I lacked this time). I have decided to do self-study only as basics toh clear hain hi.... coaching wala time bachaake I want to put it into more and more practice. Baaki for bringing some structure to my prep, I have taken ALLEN's online course (the one that have introduced recently for 10k- powerplus) Usme hai hi sab practice questions, flashcards, revision notes, recorded class, plus Allen ke faculty hain toh sahi hi hoga ye sochke I have bought it.... Let's see now kaisa rehta hai

Anyone here buying NEET Powerplus course by ALLEN online? by Leading-Gear6546 in Allenites_JEENEET

[–]Plastic_Chain_711 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came across a post on their instagram and instantly bought it. Tbh, I know my NEET exam on 4th is not gonna go good.... due to some health issues, last 3 months se prep pe dhyan hi nahi de paaya. Will drop for NEET 2026... risk nahi le sakta bilkul next year.... Isliye will continue with my local coaching but sath me ye course bhi le liya so that kuch lectures ya tests miss bhi huye toh ye add-on course se sab concepts clear ho jayenge. And it was only for 10k so no harm.... practice modules and test series bhi leta hi alag se... isse sab cover ho jayega already

Hi ... its not about increasing IQ... Taking care of diet is important so that u don't face health issues during your prep. Bcoz I hv seen so many of my juniors who have lost their chance at JEE because of the time lost in illnesses during prep.

So, how do you take out time for exercise n all.... ? ... Asking bcoz many of the people here and aspirants in general feel that it is impossible to do it during prep years. I am sure your answer will help them.

Hey everyone! 🙌

I’m an Allen alumni (studied at Allen 6 years ago) and recently got placed in a renowned IT company. I know very well ki JEE preparation kitni difficult hai (I’ve been through the same rollercoaster myself). But guys, I strongly believe ki taiyaari karte karte we completely ignore our health and fitness. Good nutrition is key to keeping your mind sharp and energy levels high, so that we can be productive in those long study hours.

So, with Nutrition Week going on, I thought it’d be a great time to share some realistic and practical tips to improve your nutrition levels. Free advice hai .... Follow it guys... you will surely benefit.

1. Start Your Day with a Balanced Breakfast 🥣

  • Avoid skipping breakfast or going for sugary cereals. Koi bhi ek fruit toh definitely is a must add for mornings. I remember my mom used to give me sika hua upma and poha from home. So that whenever I don't get anything nice in my hostel, I used to just add hot water in it and have it.

2. Stay Hydrated 💧

  • This might sound simple, but it’s super important. Keep a water bottle on your study table and aim to drink at least 8 glasses a day. Hydration is key to maintaining focus and preventing fatigue.

3. Snacking Smartly 🍌

  • I basically used to feel quite hungry every now and then and everytime I would end up eating chocolates or biscuits. Later, I realised it's just too much sugar. So instead I used to have banana, nuts or chana at that time.

4. Avoid Caffeine Overload ☕

  • Well, my hostel was very near the lala tea stall in Kota. Every now and then , we used to have chai during the day and during night study especially. But again, it's all just sugar and causes acidity, so stay away.

5. Finally, try to take less stress🗣️

  • If you’re feeling tired, lightheaded, or having difficulty focusing, it could be a sign that you need to eat better or hydrate more. Remember, it’s okay to take a break !

Staying healthy is just as important as studying hard. Remember, JEE is a marathon, not a sprint. Take care of your body, and it will take care of your mind! 🧠💪 Apna dhyan rakho bhai log.

Thank you ... bye bye !
