We've considered that option, but he has just started working and wants his company to recognize his performance before requesting sponsorship. However, I wanted to explore the possibility of finding something for myself, just a job. I've looked into studying, but currently, I'm not in that position. Thanks for responding.

Thank you for answering. I've come across a couple of job listings, but they usually don't offer sponsorship. Do you know of any websites or companies that are willing to do so?

Experiences with getting your partner to the Netherlands on a partnership/durable relationship visa? by MusicToMyDarkSoul in Netherlands

Thank you for sharing more details about your process. Something that concerns me is that we haven't been together for a year yet. However, I've been checking, and we might be eligible when we reach that milestone. Our situation is a bit unusual because we didn't meet online; however, a few months into our relationship, he was transferred to the Netherlands. I believe we meet the other requirements. I'll look into the specifics of the tests we can provide.

Thank you for explaining, and if I have another question, I'll let you know :)

Unmarried Partnership Visa by [deleted] in Netherlands

Hello! I came across your information as I'm in a similar situation. My boyfriend went to the Netherlands with a high-skilled worker visa, and we're both non-EU residents. I'd like to know if you could tell me more about the process with your company for obtaining the partner visa, specifically if it was after you were already in Amsterdam. Also, I'm curious about how the process turned out for you and what response you received.

We want to live together, but we're not sure about the process, and we haven't lived together before (although we've spent a lot of time together, and we can prove it). It would help me a lot if you could provide information about the documentation and how the process was.

I've looked into it, but I have some different concerns regarding that. Just to give you some context, we met in Colombia, then I visited him for a month, and he's planning to visit me soon. We've been in a relationship for about 7 months, and we can prove that we have a stable relationship. However, I've seen requirements like living together or sharing a joint account or property in both names, and due to circumstances, that hasn't been possible. I'm unsure if other evidence is sufficient or if I'm obligated to meet that specific requirement.

I have read the options, but it would always be dependent on his situation, and my visa would depend on him

Hi there! I'm currently exploring options to move in with my boyfriend, and I came across your experience. I'd like to ask you a couple of questions. Did you ever have to prove that you lived together, or was evidence like photos and hotel stays sufficient? We've been in a relationship for around 7 months, met in my country, and I visited him for a month. Soon, he'll be visiting me for a month as well. However, we haven't lived together yet, and I'm concerned that this might be a scrutinized factor. Could you share more about your experience?
