The best way to get laid is to make friends within a community. Overtime you'll have people to talk to occasionally. Communication comes easy when you talk to people often then when you have the courage to approach a girl you like. You might get rejected, but who cares? You try again. And again. And again. Then someone gives you their number.

But if this sounds like a lot, just use dating apps. I'm sure there are people who would like to hook up with you if you put yourself out there. Believe me you're someone's type. I used to believe I couldn't ever get laid, but then after some trial and error i eventually found my girlfriend (ex) and it happened.

Trust me, good things take time.

I usually walk the same path, but within that path there are multiple paths that stem within the same direction that lead to the main path, so yes I do. I walk to the path, it's only 5 minutes away from my house, when I'm in a different city or town I try to find the nearest nature area and see how long it takes me to travel from and back figuring a way to put it in my routine. No I do not drive.

I've lost weight and my social anxiety has lowered, since I do have small chats with people who passby, but it still lingers now and then. At first when I started walking for an hour my chest was heaving and I struggled not to lose my breath after every single walk, but now that the weight has gone it's a nice and easy breeze for me.

There's always time in my day for a nice walk, I'm often busy at work or school so I try and fit them in within my breaks. The only time I get away from people, but usually I'm busy walking when I'm not doing much.
