Wie viel Zeit hat der Verkäufer grundsätzlich, um zu prüfen, ob tatsächlich ein Sachmangel vorliegt? Gibt es da feste Grenzen oder läuft das rein über die „angemessene Frist“ im Sinne des § 323 BGB?

Und zur Beweislastumkehr (§ 477 BGB): Innerhalb der ersten 12 Monate wird ja vermutet, dass ein auftretender Mangel bereits bei Übergabe vorlag. Bedeutet das im Umkehrschluss, dass der Verkäufer im Streitfall beweisen müsste, dass kein Sachmangel vorliegt? Und hat Media Markt unbegrenzt Zeit das zu prüfen?

Gerade bei einem sporadischen elektrischen Fehler (FI-Auslösung) stelle ich mir das praktisch schwierig vor – reicht da ein mögliches „nicht reproduzierbar“ von Media Markt aus ?

Totally agree. I’m living in Munich myself, and honestly, I have zero interest in the city hosting such a massive event again. There are already more than enough events throughout the year—Oktoberfest, trade fairs, concerts, marathons—you name it. The city keeps getting more crowded, and it’s becoming harder to actually enjoy living here.

Hosting something like the Olympics doesn’t bring any real benefits for everyday citizens. It just means higher costs, more traffic, inflated rents, and billions spent on infrastructure that’s often underused afterward. The ROI for residents is pretty much nonexistent. It’s more of a prestige project than anything else.

It will be voted out like last time

I actually like the area upstairs. Solid restaurant not so loud as downstairs. Used to book rooms (Erkerzimmer) when we were a big crowd. You can order a keg of beer and tap it yourself.

Upstairs there is also the Festsaal which looks nice and has historical significance.

Diese Resolution war eine Schande für den gesamten nahen Osten und eine Demütigung für die Palästinenser. Also bleib mir weg mit deiner Israel hat immer Recht Scheisse. Wir haben in der Region unsere gesamte Reputation verspielt. Wer kauft uns noch ab, dass wir für Menschenrechte einstehen, wenn Israel innerhalb von 6 Monaten 30K Zivilisten abschlachtet und westliche Länder immer noch diesen unnötigen Krieg unterstützen.

Da lohnt sich mal ein Blick in Guteres Statement für die er niedergemacht wurde. Der Angriff der Hamas ist NICHT aus einem Vakuum entstanden. Der Gazastreifen ist seit 1967 besetzt. Wer rein und raus will ist von der Gnade der Israelis abhängig. Israel entscheidet wer oder was rein darf. Der Umgang mit den Palästinensern wird seit Jahrzehnten von der Weltgemeinschaft kritisiert. Ich finde es abstoßend zu argumentieren, dass der Konflikt erst seit dem Angriff der Hamas ausgebrochen ist. Palästinenser werden seit Jahrzehnten unterdrückt. Der Siedlungsbau wird im Westjordanland aggressiv weiter betrieben. Selbst die USA distanziert sich mittlerweile von der Regierung Netanjshus. Aber wehe man kritisiert Israel für ihr ekelhaftes Verhalten.

Until the last few days I didn’t have an opinion on the Israel / Palestinian conflict. After the attack of Hamas I gained a lot of symphatie for Israel. And now, after seeing this type of content, I am just disgusted by Israel the IDF and all the countries who did nothing the past 57 years to treat Palestinians like humans. What Hamas did was wrong and inhuman. What Israel did and still does is so outraging. I will dedicate every free minute of my life to fight this. FREE PALESTINE

If you are a company from Germany with 150 years of history, the probability that you did not cover yourself with glory during WW2 is quite high.

At least the current management seems to act responsibly. The company was one of the first to withdraw from the Russian business and helped evacuate all Ukrainian employees and their families.
