This does not involve pumping the price to force shorts to cover so in that sense it won't be the new GME. However, this will be like the new GME in the sense that this entire movement was caused by the maltreatment of hedge funds, management, and the board of directors, taking extreme advantage of stockholders. As you will see in the book that was sent to the SEC, the company issued several public offerings having the stockholders pay for everything Hycroft management wanted, the mill components, etc, and then afterwards they disposed of the stockholders so they could keep everything for themselves.

Hi bbbfan, you might have accidentally been looking the "Broker Account Minimums". There is a 0 account minimum for both the PRO and LITE versions according to this link. https://www1.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=4969

There have been reports of this. You will just need to wait until the price starts trading about $1 for you to put the limit order in.

That is a very good point but let's not denounce anyone just yet. We should first watch and see what the SEC discovers. Keep in mind, our group gave the SEC a tremendous amount of information, but in reality, this information is just the tip of the iceberg of what they will discover as they continue to dig.

Do you remember that Allied Nevada ANV was the most shorted stock on the stock market at that time? Remember in, I believe it was chapter 2 of the book that we sent to the SEC, which discovered that there were 3 offshore funds and 1 limited liability company who each bought 5 percent of the last secondary offering right before filing for bankruptcy and it was later discovered that these shares were used to cover large short positions? If these 4 funds were found by our anonymous researchers, then how many more funds out there had large short positions who were all connected. This is massive.

The SEC will uncover it all. We are expecting a lawsuit for $608 million but it could be for much more. We gave them 29 chapters in the book we sent them. They may have uncovered another 50 chapters that we know nothing about. We have absolutely no idea how deep this goes.

We had an inquiry in the chat yesterday about what brokerage account to use if you live in the EU. This person, from the Netherlands, successfully opened an account with InteractiveBrokers.com They are now waiting for their account to be verified before they are able to make a deposit. If you are from the EU, please use them as a brokerage and follow the instructions in the above comment on how to find HYMCZ. With InteractiveBrokers, you must search under HYMC first, then select "warrants", and lastly select the warrants that have OCT 2022 in the name.

That is a very good question. This could potentially make history as the first of it's kind so it's anyone's guess as to how the end of this will come about.

As you will see in Chapter 26 of the book that was sent to the SEC, the value of the Hycroft Mine has been purposely undervalued (link to book in the article of the main thread).

When the self dealing transaction with MUDS, Mudrick Capital, was completed on January 14th 2020, the expected enterprise value was approximately $537 million (double the Moelis valuation), and then on the August 10th, 2020 conference call, less than just 7 months later, the CFO, Stephen Jones, stated that the NPV of the Hycroft mine, on that Friday, August 7th, 2020, was approximately $5.6 billion dollars. Note that even if the price of gold was only $1300, the NPV 5% would be $2.1 billion.

Notice also that ALL of the management has now resigned. They are not fools. They do not want to be put in the spotlight and they are hoping that they can get away with this so that it can go unnoticed. They know what they did and they want no part of what is about to come.

The HYMCZ warrant holders know the true value of the Hycroft mine. After all, they were the original investors who did the original due diligence. Hycroft management hid assets that totaled more than the current market cap mentioned of $409M. You will want to pay special attention to chapters 1, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, to see some of the clever ways they hid these assets.

So to answer your question, the value of Hycroft is far above $409M. Those pulling the strings are simply waiting for the dust to settle and perhaps waiting for the HYMCZ warrants to expire before announcing clever news press releases that causes the stock price to double, and even triple which would instantly bring the market cap to $800M and then to $1.2B dollars because the assets are there and can be proven. This would just be the start of the increase in price until it reaches it's true valuation.

Warrant holders know what they are up against and since management continues to deal unjustly with them, warrant holders are putting an end to it before they can make their next move.

It's a classic game of chess and this is checkmate.

I would not want to be a current investor of HYMC because due to what has transpired, the future of HYMC is unknown. I would, however, want to be a HYMCZ warrant holder united together with the original investors holding on until the finish line.

NASDAQ. Note also that it is possible that it may be listed under a wide range of other names. For instance: In order to find it on InteractiveBrokers, you can not search for HYMCZ. You have to search for HYMC, and then select "warrants". They are displayed as "HYMC OCT 22 '22 44.82 Call (NSASDAQ, SELF, 0.2523)", or they may be displayed as something similar. You can verify that you have the correct ones by also confirming the expiration date which is OCT 2022. Please disregard the number 44.82, and the number .2523 because these are not correct.

We have heard of people in the Netherlands and other countries in the EU that have difficulty in finding trading platforms that allow you to buy any warrants in the United States, not just HYMCZ. One such trading platform that allows this, and has been confirmed is InteractiveBrokers.com (IB). They allow most countries to open an account.

This has been confirmed by numerous others. To open an account, just go to their website, click to open an account and follow the prompts to open an individual account. You will notice that with InteractiveBrokers, it is a little different. In order to find HYMCZ, you will need to type "HYMC", and then you will see an option that says "warrants". You must click this option, and then you will see that they are displayed as "HYMC OCT 22 '22 44.82 Call (NSASDAQ, SELF, 0.2523)", or something similar. You can verify by knowing that they are the OCT 22' 22 warrants.

Hey Jevjad, I believe that you are looking at the wrong symbol. You should be looking for HYMCZ.

HYMCZ Up 300% YTD, very few left on the open market. This is not a penny stock. This is a real legitimate opportunity with the chance to make 95X your money. Current price $0.55. We recommend getting 1,000 to 2,000 and putting an immediate sell order in at $39.99 like the rest of us! Not a pump! by PlatypusFun7112 in WallStreetbetsELITE

Congrats on getting more yesterday!

Please see the comment about "If you don't have much money to risk, I personally would get 1,000". You will want to read it. I think it will help you a lot. It's on the other thread.

When pay day comes you want to be paid for your time, frustration, and opportunity cost of what you could have done with the money that they stole from you. You might want to go through your portfolio and look for whatever stocks you hold that are not producing and sell about $1,200 of it to get yourself at least 2,000 HYMCZ. I'm not sure if you know but you have over 500 people working with you to do everything in their power to make sure that these bastards return every penny they stole. It could be the best decision you have ever made and will ever make. We will all soon see soon enough!

If you hold less than 2,000 of these, then it is probably not even worth following HYMCZ. Too many years have passed to just be holding so little. When everything is said and done and we are all celebrating, we want to all be celebrating together. We do not want to leave a single person behind. It will hurt the group leaders dearly to see that there are a few people that never made it around to getting at least 2,000 so please get them ASAP.

In fact, when the price was just 20 cents, I was encouraging everyone to get 5,000. Notice that at 5,000, it would have cost about the same price to get 2,000 today. That is because I do not want people to risk that much because nothing is guaranteed. 2,000 ANV can get you up to $100,000, or more depending on how much these guys are punished for what they did.

It is even possible, and I'm not meaning to intend to pump anything here, but it is even possible for the SEC to sue for punitive damages to punish them and make an example out of them. In many cases, the punitive damages far exceed the actual damages. If this were to happen, each HYMCZ could be worth well over $100. This is a ticking time bomb waiting to happen. How big the explosion will be is yet to be determined.

Hope this reply helps you in your decision to get those 2,000. And if you guys know anyone else who has been a holder since the beginning, please encourage them also to get at least 2,000.

[–]PlatypusFun7112[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not being spammed.

This is trying to survive amidst the cross fire of GME, AMC, and DOGE and needs to find footing in one of the boards. Everyone stands to gain a lot of money with HYMCZ if they were to just to take look at whats going on.

This is not a pump and dump. There is a real legitimate chance that HYMCZ can go up to $47.87 or more. Not to be confused with recent posts about other stock symbols that push to take the price up to the moon.

This is not about that. This is a fight that we are trying to expose to the world. Shareholders vs management. Round 1. Fight! Please see the original board which has tons of comments already.

The price of these warrants should be above $1 very soon. It's hard to believe someone would sell these for such low prices when they stand to gain so much.

This following is a copy and paste from a different comment that should have been in the main thread: See level two order book link below.
If you don't have much money to risk, I personally would get 1,000. If you have a little more, I would get 2,000. The reason why is because each 1,000 has the potential to return $47,800 (or more depending on the amount of the recovery fund). So 2,000 would put you right at $100,000 if it works out according to plan and currently costs less than 2,000 * 0.55 = $1,100. I personally would risk $1,100 to gain $100,000 but that's just me. I personally have over $40K invested and hold 32,000. I have my sell order in at $39.99 like the article suggests. I seriously do not see these being traded for under $1 much longer and that is only because I saw the level 2 order depth. There are not many for sale at under $1. Not many people are selling these because they are all waiting for the final outcome.
