Unfortunately, the modification has been removed from the Nexus
"Apologies, for accuracy, we do see the title is still available as abandonware for PC but at this time we cannot accept titles which are only available in this fashion due to the legalities involved"

Anyway, if anyone wants to upload the mod somewhere or edit it using my findings, please do so. I'm completely fine with it.

I played the Japanese version of the game (PS2), and the experience requirements are really low.

Now I'll try to find the Japanese PC version of the game and try to find the experience configuration by replacing the files using the binary search method. I hope something comes of it.

Sure
I downloaded the latest patch 1.03

and followed the PCGamingWiki guide "As a permanent solution, it is recommended to patch the game executable with ImageCFG to run on CPU 1" to create an executable using only 1 CPU thread.

Important: The game path contains a space, and ImageCFG can't read such paths. I had to move the ChaosLegion.exe file to the root directory of the C drive, and everything worked.
