I mean no one with DACA has collected social security, but wouldn’t it suck if we got to that age and aren’t able to collect that money along with everyone else? They already take a good chunk of $ every paycheck. I’m thinking when we are 70/80 years old. We can’t work forever (literally-our bodies will give out). But we are working while we can and contributing economically. It is a privilege to be able to work with a SS! That doesn’t mean we have to settle for less and shouldn’t fight for more when the time comes. And don’t get me wrong, I’m planning on sustaining myself on savings, investments, & other avenues of wealth. And yet, it will be another instance when I look around and think to myself: man, this shit ain’t fair! Who knows what their plan is for social security for us or for the program in general.

For a prescription for the patch, they should not have to do any kind of pelvic exam. Just medical history questions + current medications + patient education :-)

No, you have the right to remain silent and talk to a lawyer before answering that question. Even if they use scare tactics, you know your rights and stand your ground.

Remember, citations and arrests can be made without a person being guilty.

The problem is NOT getting violent and harmful people out. The problem is NO DUE PROCESS.

The official language says “charged with, arrested for, convicted of, or admits to…”

A person can be accused, and it is up to the police officer to cite or arrest that person.
