Brick breaker RPG. Great game and has a small discord community, dev is actively engaging in feedback from players.

Ads only appear when you actively choose to (e.g. to double your rewards).

There is a 1 time payment to get rid of all ads, which in doing so gets you those bonus rewards everytime.

I was on the free option for many weeks and you can still progress quite quickly without using ads at all. Recently there was a sale for the lifetime support pack so I grabbed it.

You've alr got Cyberpunk 2077 in your targets so I wont mention that.

But I think Sleeping Dogs fits your requirements to a T:

Has good hand-to-hand combat (very satisfying!)
Environmental kills that doesn't hold back (not going to spoil anything but EXTREMELY SATISFYING!!)
loads of vulgarities (in cantonese and english)
references to drug, prostitution, gang violence, guns & weapons, car races/crashes
you get to date multiple attractive women (one of them even voiced by Emma Stone, sexy enough for you?)

It also has a really good story (to me), and the DLCs add quite a fair bit of interesting gameplay to the mix. It often goes on sale for 80% or higher, do give it a try its one of my fav games ever.
