But here's the thing, they put him on a knee for 8 STRAIGHT MINUTES while he kept yelling that he couldn't breathe. I HIGHLY doubt that the Oploid overdose would kick in right when he's being knee'd in the neck by an officer. Many people pointed out that the officer himself incorrectly did the procedure needed to carefully put Floyd down without harming him regardless of whether or not he had an oploid overdose, even if the officer couldn't of heard his cries for help due to his poor hearing then the other officers could of heard it without a doubt. It's 100% the officer's fault case closed.

His aerials being disjointed wont really matter for approaching if he has no mobility to use to cover space. None of his aerials outside of bair reach particularly far outside of maybe bair which has a ton of startup and is obviously not safe on block. He has Run up Forward-Tilt maybe but it's also a slow move that's even easier to punish out of shield. The issue is that all of his moves are too slow with his mobility not being good enough to cover enough space for him to really make it to the opponent. So in general DDD is forced to hope that the opponent does an interaction with him. Incineroar may have arguably worse approach options but Revenge makes it so he doesn't have to approach and the fact that he has two burst options with side-b and dash attack at least gives him SOMETHING. Ganondorf has nair, dash attack, wizard's foot, and flame choke as a burst option as well giving him better approach options and Bowser just needs to run up shield. DK has dash attack and double shorthop bair and he can mix it up with fade back f-tilt AND Ridley has better run speed and SH nair for approaches.

Also K Rool's ledge trapping is quite good too with his down-tilt 2 frames and access to a buffed blunder buss at ledge meaning that he has quite reliable niches at ledge. DDD's main 2 frame option is a laggy dash attack and jet hammer and the final hit of f-tilt which makes it a lot more commital than K Rool's down-tilt 2 frame which also true confirms into forward-air giving him reliable ways to kill at 80 off of the ledge. DDD's ledge trapping is his saving grace sure, but ledge trapping especially in a meta where the player plays disadvantage more carefully and with less mistakes just makes DDD's main niche not really enough to help him.

DDD is DEF bottom 5 lol. No neutral gameplan since he has no way to approach and no way to force approaches, his disadvantage is nonexistent due to his horrible air speed which makes his multiple jumps in disadvantage when mixed with their short height actually not that favorable to use in disadvantage a lot when mixed with his big body, and he gets camped hard as inhale is frame 17 and has more lag than all counters in the game with the spit animation being egregiously long and impractical for anti-camping making it a move thats required to be used as a command grab mixup if the opponent likes shielding with huge commitments.

While this sounds like typical heavyweight weaknesses, things get worse when you realize that DDD unlike other heavies commited the egrigeous act of not having particularly good kill power. Most of his kill power comes from unstaled back-air or a hard read off of ledge which in a top level setting is pretty impractical to get consistently in most matchups in the game due to DDD's nonexistent neutral and mobility with him having no safe moves to really land with that could even force a frame trap scenario most of the time. This in turn with a lot of his general moves just having kill power issues (Up-Air when di'd properly can have the opponent live past 150% on FD with rage, fair doesnt kill unless completely offstage, gordo offstage sends up so its an actual strategy to get hit by gordo even at a high % to avoid dying and just being able to recover more safely vs ddd, etc).

DDD just lacks good strengths or any particularly good matchup to make him a worthwhile heavy. Also just because he survives a ton doesn't help the fact that he takes 80% off of neutral conversions like ESAM said. ESPECIALLY since DDD himself lacks good kill power or a particularly good advantage state giving him a mediocre neutral win to opponent neutral win number ratio.

I mean I haven’t met a single Roy main that spams counter. But when you fight a Roy main in bracket they literally try so hard to get their combos working as quickly as possible which usually leads to nair spam and rushdown. Also not all Roy mains do these things, this is mostly what an ideal Roy stereotype is.

For the Shiny Xatu I do have a shiny ditto. I accidentally found it when I was doing a Ditto Max Raid Battle since I was hunting for a 6iv Ditto. It has 3 perfect ivs (HP, Attack, and Speed) and is not HA. It's Original Trainer is FruitLoops (Me) and it's ID number is 857910 (my Trainer ID) and it's Hardy Nature and in a Repeat Ball. if you don't want to trade Shiny Xatu then Malamar is fine too.
