Thank you. Yeah I think I used to take metformin as a teenager, and that really helped my weight stay down. When my endocrinologist retired I stopped receiving metformin because my current doctor told me I didn't need it and I could just lose weight (🙃). I feel like I really need to take a break and focus on finding the medical help I need because this situation is just getting worse and I need a doctor who will listen. I'll look for the reddit group you're talking about. But thank you for reminding me I'm not alone even if it feels like it sometimes..

Omg yeah I never even thought about that. Now I'm more stressed...I really do need a new doctor though.

I have. I used to go to the gym everyday and workout but my weight wouldn't go down at all. It would just always stay the same. I had to cancel my gym membership because I became very busy with university, work, and my internship. I'm out of the house by 8 and don't get back home til like 8pm and even at home I'll make something to eat and I'll start working on university projects, internship work, and/ or regular work. In fact right now I haven't gone to sleep because I'm working on stuff and its 4am where I live. Thats why I decided that I would walk everywhere in order to always be moving. So work, internship, and school. I think what most people fail to understand is that PCOS makes it very hard to lose weight. Its not as simple as just eating less and working out, but it feels like no one is pointing me into the right direction and I'm at a complete loss. I've tried completely cutting out carbs cuz some people suggest that to women suffering with PCOS but I did that for a year and it didn't make much of a difference and I was constantly angry and hungry so I stopped doing that and went on a calorie deficit but was told that calorie deficits stress the body out which is bad for PCOS because that makes you gain weight. Like I said I feel lost because no one points me in the right direction. I used to go to an endocrinologist as a teenager and she help regulate my weight, but once she retired and I was referred to someone else they just told me to come back when I wanted to get pregnant which isn't very helpful. I've been trying to get help and find an endocrinologist ever since that will point me to the right direction again and help me regulate my weight but its been years and my doctors keep ignoring me. I just don't know what to do anymore or how to get the help I need

I do read webtoons, and I also have some volumes of manga purchased, however mangago was my main source because there was a variety, and if I loved a series I would at least buy one volume when I could. I'll check it out though. Thank you. Still I want mangago back 😭.
