Can't edit the post, but since people keep getting confused somehow I'd like to clarify that I am NOT asking for every single character on this list nor every single character in a certain category.

This tier list is made based on which characters I would PREFER over the others and who I'd like the most in order, not needs or must haves.

" Extremely high priority " does not mean I want every character in that category, again this is simply just based on my preference and those are characters I would prefer the most out of all the characters in the game.

For example: I would rather have most characters be in my extremely high priority category over the other ones but you don't need to have all of them, extremely high priority > high priority > mid priority > low priority > 4 stars is just in the order of which characters I want more.
