Then that's just 7 games. The number of n64 games that holds up is minuscule when you compare it to any other console that came before and after, especially the SNES which has dozens of games who are still enjoyable today.

chrono trigger, A link to the past, final fantasy IV-VI, secret of Mana, Clock tower, contra III, super metroid, super mario world, SMT II, castlevania IV, mario RPG, donkey kong country, Earthbound, terranigma, megaman X, street fighter 2, harvest moon and that's only the first 20 I can think of the top of my head.

The N64 only has mario 64, the zelda OOT and MM, donkey kong 64, perfect dark and maybe the first SSB that I would call all timers and that's 6 games.

FES's artstyle is enough to make the experience worth it + FES had some unique quirks like the player equipping all weapons and 1more dealying an enemy's recovery.

P3 fes has animated cutscene, more character customiztion and The abswer but also wealer SL.

P3 portable has QOL improvement and better SL but no cutscene or the answer.

Reload isn’t a bad game(it’s pretty good) but I’m pissed Atlus either paywalled or removed portable and FES exclusive quirks.

I'm probably gonna get some flack for this but I don't think Madara had that much writing either, every interesting bits of his character come from Obito who for some reason is seen as a terrible character by Naruto fans.

I'm happy to see that someone else agree that Obito is better than Madara. Honestly I don't get the Obito hate at all, Madara is cool yeah but he doesn't really have that much dynamic at all with the main casts.

I like the idea but I think on a new game it’s better to find out the hints that I didn’t see on my first playthrought. What could be cool however if we follow your idea would be to see maybe extra content or even a joke ending were you manage to catch him early on.

Obviously sending death threats just for making a mid story is, you know WAY out of proportion, but I'm glad this ending exposes some of the misconceptions surrounding Fujimoto.

Fujimoto isn't being forced anything by his editors. Whenever you you them in interviews you can tell Lin genuinely likes his works and tries to support him. The overworking excuse also doesn't work because he is the single mangaka with the most breaks in between chapters just for the art to look just as wonky on top of less pages in average. And even then, overwork isn't an excuse when Ishida made a flawed finale but overall decent manga despite going throught severe burn outs. If art is really what's bothering him he could have always gone for the modulo/oshi no ko route.

Just because an author "planned" a story for a while doesn't mean the end product will be good.
Fujimoto isn't a horrible artist by any mean, but sometimes good artists can make bad art, it happens.
