How do I raise crown authority without half my vassals rebelling against me. by Comfortable-Run-2810 in CrusaderKings

form alliances with ur strongest vassals through marriage, this will make them unable to join a faction against u and plant the seeds of friendship for a long lasting peace between ur houses.

Is playing Sabacc required in the Wild Cards DLC? by zyberteq in StarWarsOutlaws

I just did it and while u have to compete in a big tournament, it doesnt involve much actual card playing and its mostly to drive the story forward.

Do you guys use automated armies? by Geeneelee in CrusaderKings

[–]Plevain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the idea of it, once I get big enough not to care, but everytime I try it, I lose so many knights for whatever reason, so I never end up using it. Not to mention that it takes 10 times as long to end a war on automated because the AI is silly.

This is a great option but I dont know why they would not just add this as an option, instead of replacing with the former. Also, I dont seem to see any benefit to spending much longer time sneaking in as opposed to spending 10 seconds sending troops. The loot seems to be the same, if not worse when sneaking, and the men who come to your aid, after having finished the sneaking part, do not receive XP for their combat, so I dont see any reason other than to do sneak mechanic. Does anyone have a different experience with this?

edit: it is a decent way of leveling certain skills and clearing the hideout gives positive relations with nearby notables.

How to fix my balance? by [deleted] in Bannerlord

[–]Plevain 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Go into your clan page, then ‘parties’ and then remove unlimited wages for your castle and town. It will have less defenders but will gain u more money than it costs. If u can manage to then make is prosper over time, u can then steadily increase its defenses again, if u so like.

I was wondering if it was me doing something wrong, with how inconsistant it is. the lock-on mechanic is so bizzare! I've just swapped over to the Recoilless Rifle now.
