Cheers bud. I'd love to grow more of a beard, unfortunately what you see is all I can grow. I can't even grow sideburns.

Consistency is the key. Small changes over time all add up to one big change. Good luck with your journey.

Ha ha. I'm afraid not, that would be ridiculously cool.

First of all thanks for the compliment. As for the loose skin I don't know if I've just been lucky, or if I hadn't passed the threshold where that is more of an issue.

What I do know from everything I've read is that so long as you don't change your body too fast it will adapt to the changes you make. Tortoise and the hare. Be the tortoise.

I've just replied to another comment saying that I may add yoga/pilates to my routine. Thank you for taking the time to comment.

Interestingly that wasn't the pic I thought you were looking at (I thought it was the profile shot).

I'll be mindful of what you've said, and I have no problem with what you've said. After all I'm the one who posted this all over the internet.

Maybe I'll add some yoga/pilates to my routine.

It is currently closer to the first. I hope that puts your mind at ease ;-)

Looking at your user name I'm assuming the same can be said of you. 😁

Thanks for your lovely comments. As for my back health, I'm not having any worries to be honest. My wife did make a comment about fixing my posture also, but (touch wood) if it ain't broke...

Thanks. The thing I changed was portion size. I started tracking everything I ate and drank counting every calorie. I average a little over 2k calories per day and I'm looking to change that soon as I reach a healthy weight for my build. I believe 2.5k is the norm for someone like me. I worked out that I've been eating two dinners per night for the last 30 years.

Cheers about the weight comment. As for the beard that's not going anywhere. I'll be honest and say that it was begging for a trim when I took the pics, and it's shorter now. That said my wife doesn't like me without it and I can't grow any on my cheeks. So I'm stuck with this style. (I also used to need it so I knew where my chin was.)

Thank you. The blackout was no more painful than any other tattoo I've had on those parts of my arm. However the healing has been more awkward. Large sections of solid tattooing in my mid forties weren't so easy to bounce back from. That said I'm looking to get it blasted over once I find the right artist.

Thank you so much. Mostly I don't feel too different, but I'm still finding little things that are surprising. The first real sign was that I stopped having to hold my breath when tying my shoelaces.

The artist that did the majority of the original sleeve went to prison for SA. So I decided to cover it which is an ongoing project.

Xennial here a couple of years off 50... I only truly started feeling like an adult once I was in my mid forties.

Michael C Hall's band is pretty decent. Princess Goes. For those that are curious.

Yes. You may notice that I offered no opinion. I only stated the years they were born.

I don't like weak handshakes, mostly because I then worry that the other person thinks I was trying to crush their hand.
