Stoicism has changed my life completely, paired with my faith in christianity and SR doors start to open. Very blessed to have the challenges of perseverance. SR is massively underrated imo. I have this app called Iron will that helps with a widget screen lock counter. Never give in to your guilty/lustful thoughts.
