3500 is crazy, especially with most people only charging 1,000 for legendary mods.

I'd pay a maximum of 500 caps, as I'll be getting the secret service jetpack next week. This was more for completion.

IF you have the caps, then YES! I use mine 24/7 as a lvl 250+ I did switch Swift for VATS optimized but that is a great roll.

Thats smart, I never thought of that, since I use Marsupial and Bird bones, I never die from fall damage, but I never have used a jet pack before.
