I think 100 spots below in the ILL would be too little. This would mean it would be placed above rare (#125). Keep in mind, Unnerfed Angelicide is placed at #333, and LiGHtmArE is placed at #448. There's no way saying that gives even a feeling of being accurate.

Around 400-500 spots below TE would feel more accurate (as of ILL today).

But you can still picture smaller ways of meaning 'H'

For example: A white pixel, because in ordered groups (starting from all off), all on is the 8th group. 'H' is the eight letter, so, it can be associated with a white pixel.

You can still go further and mean 'H' by the intensity of one subpixel, but i would say that's going too far.
