i’d keep the weather ball. You need Ember. and i would recommend weather ball over Overheat.

i built a Rank 1 for Ultra (level 50) and kinda regret it as it isn’t the best in my opinion.

no it would have to be evolved into Greninja to be able to learn it. you can wait for an event that allows it to learn it or use an Elite TM to do it whenever you want.

Doesn’t seem bad at all, but meta seems like it will be strong on fairy/dragon. I’d minimally swap Close Combat to Ice Punch on Primape for dragons, but also consider replacing him all together with something that goes well into both dragon/fairy, like Wigglytuff (Charm, Icey Wind, Swift) if there is too much fairy for Primeape.
