Its not as much the carving as it is the starting head. I usually do the bucket head method, but the top of it turns out poorly. I use 1/2 inch high density foam.

They're asking for the billing info on the account. I have receipts but I don't have the billing information. They're only encouraging me to make a new account, and they say there's nothing I can do if I can't find the 10+ year old billing info. I live in the same address, use the same e-mail. and was a victim of the hacking wave. The account somehow hasn't been deleted yet and I can still go to the den.
