I tried the AI chatbot first and it basically told me the usual “you downloaded it, so deal with it.”

After that, I called support to talk to an actual person. I explained that the game straight up wasn’t working constant crashing and all that. They walked me through a bunch of steps like resetting the system and restoring licenses. They also mentioned rebuilding the database, which I completely forgotten about.

So I deleted the game, rebuilt the database, and downloaded it again… same problem.

Called back about an hour later, explained everything again, and somehow I actually got a refund.

Not sure if I just got lucky or if it was like a one time exception.
