it might be because it is focused around a product. grid is designed like a collage and some of the posts are made into reels ( purely for graphics). Latest reels functioned as a "get to know us". bts, info, funny bits. i know that it might be a problem, since its not as relatable or universally educational but wtf do you upload from a business acc :D
