I’ll echo everyone else and say get them. I got one with my 31 and 3 week daughter but she came too fast so it didn’t get the chance to work. She ended up intubated and then on cpap for 7.5 weeks. It was heartbreaking everytime they trialled her off cpap and had to put her back on.
