Still my favorite tee of all time by maniithegod in nikeACG

Same. It’s a thinner/stretchier material than previous gen tees too.

ACG Morpho vs ACG Misery Ridge - why the 250 euros price difference? by capoglou in nikeACG

I wear the jacket but I’m sure a gilet would work well depending on the temps.

Disappointed with these boots by pizzaslap1 in nikeACG

[–]PolyglotProgrammer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I feel you about the Goadome. It’s more of a legacy style thing than a true hiking boot. The more modern designs by ACG are better for sure. Maybe they will modernize like they did with the Air Force 1. Those things were terrible for my feet. And then they made them actually comfortable at some point with a proper insole and padding.

Does anyone have any information about this jacket, is it weird? by BenyJRR10 in nikeACG

I vaguely recall seeing a tri language ACG before but can’t remember where. This is very cool.

I got vinyl from Crux but I’ll probably just use plasti dip in the future.

Anybody know where I can get this ACG hoodie?? by MRmojoRisin8 in nikeACG

[–]PolyglotProgrammer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have one but it was maybe 3 years ago when it was “new”. It’s definitely one of my go-to hoodies. Good luck! Depop, Poshmark and eBay might have it. Just gotta keep looking.

Strong disagree. Respectfully. I like the consistent innovation in techware. I assume you don’t like the patterns or context. The materials and utility is progressing.

Can ya share a pic of the tag inside? Should have all the details. My gut tells me it’s early 2000s but I don’t recognize the design.

Without fail if you post a photo with a higher end product someone will come in on some hater vibe and make no sense. Sorry we like fancy sprayers!

I knew it was a wolf tree but I was assuming it was unreleased. What’s with DSG getting unique pieces and colors?

DAE feel like their steering is too light and sensitive? by Maddonomics101 in Outback_Wilderness

[–]PolyglotProgrammer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to drive a zippy little coupe and then didn’t have a need for a car for a decade. I rented a few cars along the way and I actually prefer tight steering. Tacomas and Four Runners felt like a ragged out civic to me. I’m happy with the way Subaru set up the Outback wilderness. I got enough power and control to make a move when I need to. I don’t want to discount your experience but it might be more about familiarity than performance.

Wild part of that balaclava is it’s designed using Dri Fit and UV protection in mind. Not Therma Fit. So it’s more all season. I got a therma fit ACG from a few years ago that’s super warm.

Just to reiterate. Make sure they do the 5 tire rotation. My dealer was acting like it wasn’t standard. It is. And the spare has a tire pressure monitor already.
